Firefox Quantum — Figma & WebAssembly

Firefox Quantum — Figma & WebAssembly
By ID Media | Monday 20th November 2017

Firefox Quantum came with a completely new design and with a lot of under the hood improvements.

I wanted to try it again after I read about WebAssembly published by Evan Wallace — CTO of Figma and it came to my mind that why not re-create the design on Figma for practice, since I didn’t had a chance to do so from the day Figma came out of beta.

It took me couple of hours to finish this with my personal opinions and I want to say, this is by no means solving a problem or how it should be designed. This is simply for my personal experience and improvement and to see how far web technologies become so advanced and I wanted to share my experience.

Right now we have chance to design complete user interfaces in a browser! with a free plan to choose, collaborate, iterate, version control, team work and the list goes on and on.

I’m happy with creativity and work people are pushing out everyday and very impressed with Figma on Firefox. I must say it performs much better than Sketch.
