The institute is run by three leading business houses (Vishal group, Rathi group and Debenara group) of Eastern Nepal who jointly held a hand to strengthen, uplift and impart modern education system. The institute is affiliated to Purbanchal University, Biratnagar and recognized by Nepal Engineering Council(NEC). The institute has been awarded 9001:2008 certificate for maintaining high-quality standards. The college is located in the heart of the business centre of Eastern Nepal at Biratnagar. It was founded in the year 2000 AD.
